NY, NY - It's official. Quentin "Rampage" Jackson has entered the UFC and defeated a man who holds a victory over him. Rampage stopped a tough Marvin Eastman at UFC 67 All Or Nothing. One must give Rampage a lot of credit. Most fighters wouldn't have picked a guy that has beaten them for their debut in the most high profile fighting organization in the US. But Jackson didn't disappoint. After a relatively uneventful first round, Rampage picked up the pace in the 2nd round and finished the Beastman off with strikes an the near midway point. |
Rampage may be on a collision course with current light heavyweight champion Chuck Liddell whom he has already defeated in Pride Fighting |
, but that will not do him any good in the UFC since many UFC fans don't even know that Pride exists.
